Earth Series

  • Wine.

    Not only are we going to have all our wines, including a Sparkler reveal, for our lunch party. You will also get to taste AND take home 3 special wines (only 10 cases of each created) PLUS our signature Kilig Estate Pinot Noir to relive this incredible day at home.

  • Food.

    Post educational hike in the vineyard, gather around our family-style table for a beautiful lunch with friends, new and old. We will have delicious local food, all of our wines open (magnums included!), and plenty of time to enjoy the sunshine and company.

  • Hike.

    Before we get to the party at the Pavilion, we are going to party in the vines. Join us for a walk throughout the vineyard with 3 stops at 3 distinctive blocks that are the keystone of the West Wind Vineyard and the principle in the final Kilig Estate Pinot Noir blend. Within each block we will chat about why those grapes are unique while tasting that wine among the vines.

ITINERARY

  • 11: 00 Coffee and pastries at the Tasting Pavilion

  • 11:30 Block 3 — Dig in the dirt and drink wine!

  • 12:00 Block 7 —  Feel the elevation melt away! 

  • 12:30 Block 15 — Warm up with the sun!

  • 1:00 Lunch at the Pavilion. Wine, food, celebration, including a special blending booth where you can blend your own West Wind Vineyard wine.

TAKE HOME

  • 4 bottles of wine — 1 of each of the special, limited edition (only 10 cases!) Block 3, Block 7, and Block 15 wines AND a Kilig Pinot Noir, the perfect blend of the entire vineyard.

  • A goodie bag filled with essentials for a day of vineyard work — think water bottles, field notebook, hats, ect.

  • Great memories and the ability to stump everyone with your vineyard/wine knowledge at the next dinner party!

NOTE: The hike is through the vineyard so be sure to bring boots, while not far if you need a lift we are happy to drive you.
